Lago Sul House

Architecture project of a house in Lago Sul, a neighborhood of Brasilia.

Project size: 450 Square meters.

Architecture: Morato Architecture and Loi Architecture.

This two-story house was planned in Brazilian contemporary style. The house is located on the higher part of the site, making it possible to use the space bellow for a well-planned garden and swimming pool.

The main entry is located in the living room, which is connected to the dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a home cinema room. On the roof level, accessed by stairs and elevator, there is a hot tub with a view for Brasilia’s Paranoa Lake.
